We are on the North End of HHI near the hospital. We are located on the right side of Mathews Pointe North Plaza the 2nd door down in suite 110. Our logo is on the front door.

**Take 278 and stay right to stay on 278 BUS Route
**Take a Left onto beach city road.
**Take the first right out of the circle onto Mathews Dr.
**Take immediate left into Mathews Pointe North Plaza
**We are to the right second door down.

Cancellation, No Show, & Rescheduling Policy
Coastal Glo Salon & Spa Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Coastal Glo & Co., we value your time as well as the time of our stylists. To provide the best service to all guests, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies:

Cancellations or Reschedules within 24 Hours
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a non-refundable, non-transferable fee equal to 50% of your total appointment cost. -
No-Shows
If you do not contact the salon to cancel and do not arrive for your appointment, you will be charged a non-refundable, non-transferable fee equal to 100% of your total appointment cost.

This policy is disclosed to you, the cardholder, in compliance with Card Brand requirements. By booking through the Boulevard booking platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Cancellations with Proper Notice
Appointments may be canceled without fee if notice is provided a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time. -
Late Cancellations
Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a Late Cancellation and will result in a fee as outlined above. -
No-Shows
Failure to contact the salon at least 24 hours in advance and/or not showing up for your appointment will result in a 100% no-show fee. -
Late Arrivals
To respect the time of all guests and service providers, we have a 15-minute late policy: **If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply a late cancellation fee in accordance with our policy. **If you arrive 15 minutes late and your service provider cannot complete all scheduled services, but is still able to perform a portion of them, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services not performed, in addition to the cost of services received. -
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation reminders are sent 48 hours in advance by both SMS and/or email to the contact information provided at booking. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment slot being released to another client.
By proceeding with booking, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.

Coastal Glo Salon & Spa Redo/Refund Policy
At Coastal Glo Salon & Spa, our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident, cared for, and glowing. Because our services involve professional time, customized formulations, and product use, we have the following policy in place:

*All services are non-refundable once completed.
*If there is a technical issue with a service (for example, if your service was performed incorrectly, or there was an issue with any chemical used where it did not perform in the manner it was intended to), we are happy to make it right. Please notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule an adjustment.

*Requests for changes due to a change in preference (such as deciding you'd like to be darker, lighter, or try a different look after the service--regardless of how soon after) are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

*Any adjustments, courtesy services, or discounted services are offered solely at the discretion of management. These are not guaranteed, implied, or promised and are evaluated on a case by case basis.

*All sales are final on retail items they are non-returnable & non-refundable.
